Tennessee Legal Malpractice is law firm committed to protecting victims who have suffered harm—economical or otherwise—due to an attorney’s negligence, incompetence or gross disregard for the law.

Our firm is comprised of two attorneys: Edward M. Graves, Jr. and David Day. Edward M. Graves, Jr., and David Day have a proven track record of success in legal malpractice claims. Both Mr. Graves and Mr. Day are board certified as Diplomates in the field of Legal Malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys (which is recognized by the American Bar Association as the certifying board for this area of law in the United States). At present, they are the only two board certified legal malpractice attorneys in the State of Tennessee.

Tennessee Legal Malpractice, LLC operates out of two locations (Knoxville and Cookeville, Tennessee) making them strategically located to travel to where our legal malpractice claim needs to be filed. They have handled legal malpractice claims in all three Grand Divisions of the State of Tennessee.
